Periodically or as required the software developer forwards a copy of the source code of your application to us.  We then place the material in our vault.  Software Escrow Guardians holds the keys to the vault and the source code is only released when an event occurs as prescribed in the escrow agreement.

2. Software Escrow Guardians - Software Escrow with Electronic Media
Periodically or as required the software developer transmits a copy of the source code of your application to us.  The source code is encrypted and replicated across our network to servers in at least two different locations.  The locations are hundreds of kilometres apart , have redundant power supplies, fully fire rated, 24/7 security and in situ encryption.

3. Software Escrow Guardians - Verification
Periodically or as required in the software escrow agreement, the Material in escrow is verified.  This can simple as a listing of the Material in escrow through to a bare metal rebuild of the development environment, compilation and regression testing of a production copy.
